PhotoShine is an application that allows users to add a template background to their photos. The application’s interface is very simple and the application overall is very easy to download, install and use. It does not require any complicated configurations, and it provides users with almost 700 different template backgrounds, under 9 different themes: Dream, Love, Baby, Magazine, Girl, Festival, Frame, Simulation, and Other. 

The application is very easy to use, even for beginners. The user just needs to import the photo and then embed it into the template or templates of their choice. It is also very easy for users to switch between the numerous templates, so as to find the perfect one for the effect the user wants. The program also provides some basic editing tools. With PhotoShine, besides adding backgrounds to photos, the user can change the size of the photos, flip or rotate them, as well as make changes to the photo’s brightness, saturation, contrast, and add some effects, such as sketch and black-and-white. It is also very easy to print the result with a colour printer.
PhotoShine is compatible with all versions of Microsoft Windows.
